Free Online Photoshop Quality Image Editing – SUMO Paint

Are you pining after Photoshop CS4?  SUMO Paint has your back. Operating on what appears to be a flash based script, SUMO Paint offers the same functionality as photoshop including layers, a HEX color picker, filters, custom shapes, and more. While the application feels a little chunky and the controls at times sluggish, you have to admire the complexity of this free app. Even if you don’t want an image editor, it’s worth checking out image gallery to see what’s been done on it.

How Does it Stack Up to Photoshop? I’m not about to skip my raw processing power on the macbook to work with a flash based application. However, the application is pretty powerful, and worth a look if you want a decent, free, accessible solution.
